Shipping policy
The order is delivered to the customer through a company specializing in delivering shipments. Delivery to major cities takes 3 to 7 working days, subject to availability.
Important information about delivery in GCC:
- The order is delivered to a company specialized in delivering shipments, and they do not have any relationship with our customers. The customer pays the value of the order to the delivery company, and the latter returns the amount to the store management.
- Delivery takes a maximum of 3 to 7 working days after confirming the order. Please be patient and contact us after a week and half if you do not receive a call from the delivery company representative.
- If the customer needs to receive an order at a certain time, this will be coordinated with the operations manager of the delivery company (call us to provide you with his number). The possibility of this depends on the delegate's itinerary, work pressure, and other factors.
- Please make sure that your mobile device is working, keep it nearby, cooperate with the delivery company representative, and describe the address accurately.
- If the delivery company representative leaves your area, it is difficult to return to it in violation of the traffic plan. In this case, the order will be delivered the next day. Please do not be embarrassed.
- When changing the receiving address, the order is returned to the shipping company's office. And re-sent it with the representative of the new address area. Address change causes delay in receiving, avoid this.
- The customer is not allowed to open the shipment before paying its value, and the delivery company representative cannot wait for the customer for more than 15 minutes.

Important information about delivery in other countries:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available in countries other than the GCC. All orders must be paid for on the website or via a link sent to the customer via a messaging app like WhatsApp or Telegram.
- Delivery takes 7-10 days for countries other than the GCC.
- Import taxes and customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
- Returned shipment will be sent to the buyer after new shipping charges are paid.
- The shipping charges stated on the checkout page are not final. We may contact you to pay any difference in the shipping cost.
