Returns, Refunds, and Cancelation
Please contact our support team first before requesting any returns. You can always contact us for any return question at info@herbalgulf.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We have a 3 days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@herbalgulf.com.
Herbal Gulf store guarantees you the right to exchange any product purchased from the store if you are not satisfied with it. The return must be within 3 days of receiving the product. You will have to pay the shipping and delivery costs. The product must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging.
Please note the following:
- The replaced products are re-sent after receiving the returned products in our warehouse.
- Upon receiving the returned items, they will be exchanged or valued within 3 working days. We will notify you via email when we receive the returned products.
- If there was no problem with the products you purchased but you are not satisfied with the purchase. Returns must be made within 3 days of receiving them, and the products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- We only refund the value of the product you returned after receiving and checking it. The customer is responsible for delivery costs only.
- If there is a mistake in the order, for example, in the size, color, or product sent, the Herbal Gulf store guarantees you a free return.
- Opened medicines or drugs cannot be retrieved, as most of them are personal products.
- The goods are the customer's responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Therefore, you must pack it in a way that preserves its damage when you send it.
How to return
Please follow the following steps:
- Click on the “Return Order” link at the bottom of the page.
- Enter the product's information and choose the reason for returning the order. You can write more details if you want.
- The order return status will appear (confirmation) after verification within 24 hours. You will receive a return authorization number.
- After obtaining the return authorization number, wrap the products that you want to return, and do not forget to attach the parcel with a small piece of paper containing the order number and the return authorization number.
- Send it to us and enter the tracking information for the package that you returned in your account from (Return).
- The address of the place of return will appear in the return list after getting return permission, also in the return confirmation email.
- If the label is not available when packaging the order, please write the address in clear font before sending it.
Order Cancellation Policy:
- You can cancel the order at any time before starting to prepare it for shipment or processing your order.
- When we ship your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Herbal Gulf store has the right to refuse the cancellation request for any reason. Mostly it gets approved for customer satisfaction.
- The customer will be compensated in cash when canceling the order paid by credit card or any other payment method.
